- Lisa Henning, owner of Beautiful Ink - Trainer of the original Microblading to Machine® conversion course, and developer and head trainer of Botched Ink®
- Jo Follows, owner of JoFo Beauty- Phi trained microblading technician, ex Microblading to Machine® student of Lisa Henning and now a trainer for Botched Ink®. Jo's an experienced industry trainer and assessor
- Tricia Cumisky, owner of Boss Brows - Multi award winning artist and trainer, specialising and nano blading, combination and ombre brows. Tricia is also a trainer for Botched Ink®
I've worked with Tricia and Jo several times now, and combining our skills, with each trainer taking the lead in their own speciality, will make for an amazing course !
Training Plan:
- Day 1 - Theory and demo day with Lisa and Jo. Understanding and getting used to different tattoo machines. Working on practice skin
- Day 2 - Demo and practical day with all trainers. Masterclass demos with Tricia, ombre and combination brows. Live model practical with support from all 3 trainers
- Day 3 - Botched Ink® demo and practical day with Lisa and Jo. Understand the practical side of the treatment to get the best removal results
Online theory to complete prior to training, and sight of your existing microblading work, ideally from your social media pages

Microblading to Machine® Trainer License:
- Fixed annual fee per named trainer - £595
- License to use Microblading to Machine® or Microblade to Machine® for any training activities
Terms
Terms & Conditions
To book a training course a student must pay a £500 non-refundable booking deposit, make full payment, or have a 0% interest free credit agreement (via DivideBuy) with us for the full payment. If a deposit was paid, the balance payment is required 14 days prior to the booked training date, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the booking and deposit.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel within 7 days, any monies due for a refund will be minus the appropriate booking deposit, and the cost of any services already provided, including training materials, machines ordered, fees incurred, and consultancy advice given at any time. If payment has not been made for services already provided, an invoice will be issued requiring payment.
The non-refundable booking deposit cannot be exchanged for store credit, though may be transferred to a different course or date.
Training cannot be transferred to another course or date less than 14 days before the booked date. Training fees cannot be transferred to another person without permission from Beautiful Ink Ltd. There will be no refund if a course or workshop is not attended, or not completed, other than in the unlikely event training is cancelled by Beautiful Ink Ltd.
Trainee must have 100% attendance during the required times.
Paying for and attending a training course or workshop does not guarantee a certificate of any kind. Certificates are awarded for achievement and meeting our required standards of learning. If our standards have not been met, additional training will be required at an additional cost.

United KingdomI have just completed the online training for botched ink. I have learnt so much as a new micro blading technician this was so useful. The training is in bite sized chunks and very easy to follow. I get bored of reading so Lisa talking I found I got more out of this than just reading alone. Looking forward to seeing the botched ink team for the practical days.
